Shux, at first glance I thought 1300 Perdido was on the demolition list.

I glanced at your story. It seems as though you could bring a Qui Tam lawsuit aganst the constractors wasting federal funds. You would be entitled to triple damages plus attorney fees. This may be the only thing that will end the cycle of corruption.
