Karen , Do you know When are residents asked to return to Orleans Parish? When is it legal to drive on the streets of Orleans Parish ? What service stations are selling gas? Are ice bags available from FEMA or the National Guard? Does Entergy have an idea of when power will be restored to East Bank New Orleans? What pharmacies/ drug stores/ grocery stores will open first in Orleans Parish? Inquiring minds want to know.
