This house was in the process of being primed to paint it
The City cited it for code violation
Here is it 2 weeks later..
Now the owner has to go to City Hall to prove the house is not in violation.

Just went to violation hearing today. It was incredible. I represented the owner that had to go to work. The ladies at the front desk could give us no information other than ’sit down and wait for your name to be called’. No information on what paperwork was required to represent an owner at the hearing. Sit down and wait for your name to be called. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to catch a housing inspector that ‘abated’ the property and dismissed the case ( i think). No word to why this was a code violation when the owner had a valid building permit posted in the window at the time of inspection. Nothing… I also talked to another resident two blocks over that received a violation for bagged trash in front of his house that he was waiting to be picked up. Another homeowner was cited for missing three pieces of weatherboard… All the blighted rat infested properties and this is what is going on?
