The owners of a Hotel on St. Charles want to demolish this bldg. for a Parking Lot. There are already a number of surface parking lots in this area close to St. Charles.
This will be heard at City Council on Thursday March 6 at 10 am

I believe that’s enough to grant a demo permit, isn’t it?
