Seems the zoning changes needed for the St. Charles project where not to be.
This high profile Battle for the destiny of St.Charles will continue, but how?

Readers of this blog should know that as a result of a report I wrote, Lisa Mazique, former NORA Director’s Department in Miami has been eliminated. Although she still has some sort of make-work job, she no longer heads economic development in the city. The County has taken over economic development programming. Her record seems to follow her from city to city.

At her same 135K salary?

Probably..as stomcach-turning as that is. The upside is that a google search of Lisa Mazique reveals so much negative information that any future employers are going to think twice. Moreover, try to explain on a resume why you were Director of the Department of Economic Development and the next day a glorifed clerk(although as you point out a well paid one!). I am sure a contract has her salary covered for a yar or two.

Well, Mr. Chuck, at least no Louisiana citizens are footing her bill anymore. Thank you for the information.
