3020 N. Galvez St. – Demolition of a double Arts & Crafts shotgun. The owners have no plans for maintaining, fencing or rebuilding on the site.

2425-27 Franklin Ave. – Demolition of a single Arts & Crafts shotgun. The property owner is not sure what they will do with the property.

1821 N. Villere St. – Demolition of a non-descript church to be replaced with another church.
