What is the excuse behind this house’s slow degeneration? I’d like to know. I hope the owners show up at the HCDRC meeting so we can hear the horror story behind its years of neglect.

I look at this house, one question comes to mind. Is there any way to save it? I know I run the risk of oversimplifying but there has to be a way to save this house.
