This house is in the HCDRC district, it should come up for review. The lower end of Cleveland is pretty desolate. Many houses stand isolated due to previous de-housification and some houses have been hosts to vagrants and caught on fire. Things aren’t looking good for this house.

there was an article just this week in the TP outlining the boundaries of the VA complex

couldn’t find a map with the online story, but if I recall there was one in the actual paper
I think the medical complex boundaries are Tulane to Canal St. and Claiborne to Galvez
