This creole cottage would have had a lot of potential. It is near the new Saint Thomas projects and there is a lot of positive development in that area of the lower garden district. Unfortunately a church, which has owned this property, has let it turn into blight. Now the church will demolish the creole cottage and bank the land.

Very astute observation Randall. Karen and I visited this site as well and I do not think we spoke to you about it, but you got it. Your photos this time around are really great. Light is great.
