I would recommend to the owner to have the house gutted and de-molded for free by this nonprofit www.pnola.org and sell the house. It wouldnt cost much to fix that place up and besides it is in quite good condition still not to mention its a classic example of a shotgun single and has the double lot too. It would be a shame to lose such an easily salvagable home in my neighborhood. At least there could be profit on the owners end and give someone a chance to fix this house and return it back into the economy before its gone forever!
Sincerely,
Adam Clayton
