4601-03 S. Miro was sold to someone who will fix it up.

Thanks for that info Natural, the house has probably not been gutted, and yet someone still wants to fix it up. Yet we have Cynthia Willard Lewis talking at city council about demolishing homes in Broadmoor that have not been gutted. She can demolish the east, nothing is out there, but leave Broadmoor alone CWL.
