single shotgun to be replaced with a vacant lot.

When this owner came in for her Hearing she stated that she was going to demolish because she was selling to the Road Home. You DO NOT need to demolish if you sell to the Road Home. In fact that may affect you payment, so it is best to leave the House.
I was curious as to why the Demolition Company did not tell her this.
