8223 Nelson St. Owner Donald Ensenat has applied to demolish this Arts and
Crafts single family residence to be replaced with a 1940s style house
from the Louisiana pattern book no specific proposed plan was included with
the application.

The Woman who lived here has told the Neighbors she is planning on rebuilding. it looks as if the ground subsided and there was some pier damage. Too bad she took great care of this house.
