This Demolition was approved with the Caveat that McDonalds Present a Landscaping Plan. They want to create more PArking

This commercial building sits on a triangular corner of Broad St. just off St. Bernard, a severly depressed economic area. It’s a hard property to argue but I know without this last bastion of the old designs of the area, we will be losing one of the the oldest links to the original architectural esthetic of the area.
