PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THAT IT REALLY IS CHEAPER TO RENOVATE THAN TO DEMOLISH AND REBUILD… EVEN A MODULAR COSTS MORE THAN A REMODEL

I hope we will have an impact on the destiny of these old properties. If we end up with a City full of modular homes it is going to look pretty sad when the next storm blows thru.
